FAQ’s
When is the grove available for private hire?
The Grove is available Monday - Thursday until 4:30pm for private hire. Please speak to our team about hire outwith these days and times.
How many guests can the venue cater for?
The maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 70. Minimum numbers apply.
If required an additional 20 guests can be seated in the adjoining Carriages Bar.
What if more people turn up than I booked for?
In the event that more people are in attendance than you booked for we will endeavour to cater for everyone, however this may not always be possible.
Typically we can cater for an additional 5 guests with minimal notice on the day of the event.
How long do we exclusively have the space for?
Every booking is allocated 3 hours.
Can we cater for dietaries?
We will always endeavour to cater for every dietary requirement, however we strongly advise that guests notify the venue at least 48 hours in advance of any known dietary need.
Is there disabled access?
There is disabled access via our main restaurant entrance. There is also ground level disabled toilets and lift access to our elevated dining area and Carriages Bar.
Parking is available to the rear and front of the the building for easy access.
